We'll be ENJOYING popcorn, candy, and beverages while we watch a compilation of three recent Hollywood Hit movies on the BIG SCREEN.
We'll be watching for the Human & Organizational Performance Setups, Conditions, & Challenges involved with the real events portrayed in the films. 
As part of our Tuesday Morning Session, we'll discuss our perceptions of the Good, the Bad, and the UGLY in the incidents portrayed in the films.

  • Full Principle-Based Performance Improvement™ MasterClass & PPS Certification
  • Step-by-Step walkthrough of the entire PPI Human Performance BASIC Training™ (HUB) curriculum, including PowerPoints, Instructor Notes, Handouts, and Exercise Guides
  • ​Tips, Tricks, and Lessons Learned for being a Principle-Based Facilitator
  • ​An Opportunity to demonstrate your skills by presenting a selected portion of the HUB curriculum for your colleagues, PPI Master Mentor(s), and Tim Autrey
  • ​Feedback on your presentation from your colleagues, as well as ​One-on-One Coaching and Mentoring from PPI Master Mentor(s) and Tim Autrey
  • ​Recording of your presentation for your personal review
  • ​*Access to your Exclusive PPI Client Facilitator Online Resources Portal, which includes up-to-date PowerPoint Files, Video Files, and Exercise Guides (*once Licensed- see NOTE 2)

Only members of PPI Implementation Client Organizations are eligible to participate in TRAIN-the-TRAINER.

Completion of TRAIN-the-TRAINER (TTT) is the first step in your Journey to become a Qualified/Licensed PPI Client Facilitator. 

Following completion of TTT, you will work with your PPI Mentor to complete your Qualification. This typically involves facilitating one or more Human Performance BASIC Training™ Courses within your Organization while being observed by your PPI Mentor. 

Once your Mentor is satisfied with your abilities, you will become Licensed. 

The PPI Client Facilitator License grants you Access to the PPI Client Facilitator Resources Portal. It also authorizes you to facilitate the PPI Human Performance BASIC Training™ Course within your Organization so long as your License remains Active.
